Managing your mobile’s APN settings

Access Point Name (APN) details are the settings your phone uses to set up a connection to the internet.

When you might need to set your APN

If you get a new mobile or device from another provider, when you first put in your SIM card, you may get a message that the APN is not set yet. If this is the case, follow the steps below and your mobile will be online and good to go.

All devices supplied by EE already have the correct APN settings.

Apple iPhone: You’re unable to change iPhone APN settings. These are managed by our network team via automatic updates.
