Eligibility
Any purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 between 27 March 2026 and 10 April 2026.
Exclusions
Maximum of one (1) Reward per Product purchased, up to four (4) Claims per household, and up to ten (10) Claims per Company Participant.
How to claim your gift
You need to visit https://redeem.samsungoffers.claims/EEFold7TVoffer and complete the claim form with your name, contact information, and other requested information, including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase.
Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 10th April 2026 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 10th May 2026.
If you have any issues
If you don’t have your proof of purchase, contact us and one of our Guides can give you a One Stop Proof Letter and you can use this to claim.
If you’ve not got an email acknowledgement please contact the Promoter by email at EEFold7TVoffer@samsungoffers.claims or by telephone on 0333 070 7958 within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
The legal bit
Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
