- Submit your details, proof of purchase, and IMEI
Once validated, claimants will be informed and invited to complete their order by paying a nominal £0.10 processing fee (required for fraud prevention and processing). To help protect against fraudulent claims, the processing fee is refundable and applied when you submit your claim. This fee is automatically refunded once your bundle has been shipped.
Failure to provide complete or valid details, or to pay the £0.10 fee, will invalidate the claim.
