Nothing Headphone (1) when buying a new Nothing Phone (3)

This article covers the offer for EE customers who buy a Nothing Phone (3) between 4 July and 1 August 2025.

Eligibility

EE customers can claim a Nothing Headphone (1) when buying a new Nothing Phone (3) between 4 July 2025 and 1 August 2025.

Exclusions

Maximum of 1 Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of 4 Gifts per household.

To claim your gift

Go to https://nothingee-redemption.co.uk and complete the claim form with your:

  • name
  • contact information
  • Product serial number
  • delivery address

and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase (a "Claim"). You'll be required to enter and upload a photo of the IMEI number from the settings of your device.

The final claim date is no later than 23:59 (BST) on 13 October 2025.

Need to know

To find your IMEI details: dial *#06# on your phone's call screen, and it'll be displayed.

If you're having issues

If you’re having any issues with your claim, please email: nothingeecs@exertis.co.uk, within seven days of your claim being submitted. You'll need to provide your IMEI number and proof of purchase.

The legal bit

Customers will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter upon entry of a Claim. Please note that Claims received may take up to seven (7) days to be validated from the date of receipt of a Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their order has been confirmed and dispatched.

If an email acknowledgement hasn't been received, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact the Promoter's customer service team by email at: nothingeecs@exertis.co.uk providing the IMEI number and proof of purchase within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with these Terms and the expiration of the Returns Period, the Gift will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a dispatch notification email within forty-five (45) days of the later of (i) the Claim being validated; or (ii) the expiration of the Returns Period, to the postal address provided in the Claim.
