How to claim
Between 25 December 2025 and 21 February 2026, go to https://reward-promos.com/christmas25 and fill in the claim form. You can also track your claim's progress from this web page.
You are only eligible to submit a claim after 14 days from the date you bought the applicable Qualifying Product.
To complete the Claim form, you must provide various details, including your full name, email address and postal address where the Promotion Reward should be delivered and upload a proof of purchase, such as a copy of the receipt or invoice.
If you have not received an email acknowledgement of your claim, you should contact Opia's customer service team by email at christmas25@reward-promos.com or by phone (0330 054 5848) within seven (7) days of your Claim being submitted.
Opia shall endeavour to ship the Promotion Reward within 30 days of Claim validation. In the event of unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of Opia or exhaustion of Promotion Reward stocks, this could take up to 60 days.
