How to claim
Eligible customers will receive an SMS containing a voucher code between 14 and 30 days after you receive your handset. You have until 11 September 2026 to redeem this offer at ee.co.uk.
You will also receive a text to download the DPD app to get the PIN - this will help ensure a successful delivery.
You need to log in to ee.co.uk using your linked EE ID, or, for new customers, create an EE ID to complete redemption.
You should then add Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro to your online basket, once voucher code has been applied product price will be discounted to £1. You cannot add this offer to your plan, so please ensure you use the one-off payment method when adding to the basket.
If you're having issues
If you have not received your voucher code and the expected delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us, and a Guide will be able to retrieve your voucher code on that call.
