Smart Book Cover with a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite

This article explains how to claim a free Smart Book Cover in black with the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite.

Eligibility

Any purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite between 29 August 2025 and 28 October 2025.

Exclusions

Maximum of one Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four Gifts per household.

To claim your gift

Go to https://samsungoffers.claims/tabs2025launchoffer and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, and other requested information, including but not limited to the promotion Product serial number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase.

Claims must be submitted between 1 and 30 days after the date of purchase. This means the final claim date for purchases made on 29 October 2025 is no later than 23:59 (GMT) on 27 November 2025.

If you're having issues

If you haven't got an email acknowledgement of your claim, you need to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at tabs2025launchoffer@samsungoffers.claims or by phone on UK (incl. CI & IOM): +44 0333 070 5904 or ROI: +353 1800 901 782 within 7 days of a Claim being submitted.

The legal bit

If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within 7 days. If no response is received within 7 days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.

Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within  45 days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
