You can use a passkey instead of a password to log in to your EE ID.
When you set up a passkey, you can log in using your fingerprint, PIN or face recognition.
They're secure and much less vulnerable to cyber-attacks, scams, and data breaches than passwords. They can be easier to use because you won't need to remember a password.
EE won't store your fingerprint, PIN or face data. It's always kept safely on your device.

Sharing passkeys
Apple users can share passkeys with trusted contacts.
Need to know
If you share your passkey with someone they will have full access to your EE account.
No one from EE will ever ask you to tell them your passkey.
Problems logging in with passkeys
If you get an error message saying you don't have a passkey, this could be because:
- you have created your passkey on a different device than the one you're using
- your account was compromised, and we deleted your passkey for security reasons
If this happens, log in with your password and then visit your profile to create a new passkey.
