Get Apple One from EE

Apple One bundles Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade and iCloud+ into one subscription you can use across your devices. This article explains how to set up and manage your Apple One subscription with EE.

What's included

Apple One is a subscription that brings together Apple’s most popular services in one place.

With your subscription, you get:

  • Apple Music for streaming millions of songs
  • Apple TV for Apple Original series and films
  • Apple Arcade with a collection of games
  • 50GB of iCloud+ storage

Apple TV and Apple Arcade include Family Sharing, so you can share access with up to 5 family members.

Different ways to get Apple One

You can get Apple One through EE as:

  • an Inclusive Extra
  • a monthly subscription

If taking Apple One as an Inclusive Extra:

  • it's free with our Full Works plan
  • there's £5 per month charge without All Rounder plan

If you already have a subscription for Apple One, you'll be prompted to cancel it as part of this process.

  1. Download and log in to the EE App.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Select Mobile and SIMs.
  4. Select Add-ons and Extras.
  5. Add or remove Apple One using the Your Inclusive Extra section.

Once added, we'll send you a text. Open the link in the message, sign in with your Apple ID and follow the instructions.

 

Monthly subscription

  1. Download and log in to the EE App.
  2. Select Shop.
  3. Select Apps and Subscriptions.
  4. Select Apple One.
  5. You can then add it to your basket and check out, or remove it.

Once the order's finished, you'll be taken to the Apple website to activate it.

Need to know

If you already have a subscription with the provider, cancel it with them first. To manage it in the EE app, you’ll need to buy it again through us.

Using Apple One

You can use your services on compatible devices, including:

  • Apple devices like iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch
  • smart TVs and streaming devices
  • web browsers
  • Android devices for Apple Music

You’ll need an Apple Account to sign in and use your services.

About iCloud+ storage

Your subscription includes 50GB of iCloud+ storage.

If you already have a larger iCloud+ plan, it will continue separately unless you cancel it.

You can buy extra storage directly from Apple to increase your allowance.
