- Download and log in to the EE App.
- Select Shop.
- Select Apps and Subscriptions.
- Select Microsoft 365 Personal.
- You can then add it to your basket and check out, or remove it.

Get Microsoft 365 Personal as a subscription
You can get Microsoft 365 Personal as a monthly subscription.
Some customers on older packages may have it as an Inclusive Extra. Some hardware bundles may include it as an add-on.
How to add or remove Microsoft 365 Personal
During the activation process, you'll need to log in to your Microsoft account and enter the redemption code we give you.
If removed, Microsoft will confirm when your access ends. Your Microsoft account will then be disabled for 90 days before being deleted. Once deleted, any stored data cannot be recovered. To reactivate your subscription, you'll need to contact Microsoft.
Need to know
If you already have a subscription with Microsoft, cancel it with them first. To manage it in the EE app, you’ll need to buy it again through us.
Using Microsoft 365 Personal
Once you’ve activated it, you can start using your apps and storage straight away.
Access your apps
You can use it on:
- PC and Mac
- iPhone and iPad
- Android phones and tablets
Download the apps from your device’s app store, or go to Microsoft 365 online and sign in.
Sign in and get started
- Open any Microsoft app, like Word or Excel.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Your subscription and features will be applied automatically.
Store and access your files
- Save your files to OneDrive to access them anywhere.
- Share documents with others and work together in real time.
- Your files are backed up and protected in the cloud.
