About Microsoft 365 Personal
Microsoft 365 Personal is available as an Inclusive Extra on selected EE mobile plans or as a subscription from the EE Shop. Each subscription is for one person and can be used on up to 5 devices at the same time, including PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets.
As part of the subscription you'll get access to:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- OneNote
- Copilot
- 1TB of secure OneDrive cloud storage
- Microsoft Defender
- offline access and premium features
Any existing payments for your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription will end when you activate with EE.
Activating your subscription
We'll let you know when you're subscription is ready to activate. When you get the confirmation:
- Log in to your EE account.
- Click the Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Log in to the Microsoft account you'd like the subscription on.
- Enter your redemption code. This is automated after month 2 so you'll not need to do it for the next 11 months.
- Confirm the subscription.
If you're using the subscription on an iOS or Android device, download the Microsoft apps included in your subscription e.g. Word, PowerPoint from the app store.
Managing your subscription
You can log in to the EE app anytime to buy, manage or cancel the subscription, or update your debit or credit card used to pay for your subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select Microsoft 365 Personal.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
If you remove the Microsoft 365 Inclusive Extra, Microsoft will confirm when your access ends. Your Microsoft account will then be disabled for 90 days before being deleted. Once deleted, any stored data cannot be recovered. To reactivate your subscription, you'll need to contact Microsoft.
