About Microsoft 365 Personal

Microsoft 365 Personal is available as an Inclusive Extra on selected EE mobile plans and as a subscription through the EE Shop. Each subscription is for one person and can be used simultaneously on up to 5 devices. It works on PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. 

The software suite includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Defender with offline access, premium features and 1TB (1,000GB) of secure cloud storage with OneDrive.

You can buy it as an Inclusive Extra for your mobile plan through the EE app or as a subscription online through the EE Shop.

Using Microsoft 365 Personal

Microsoft 365 Personal is available for PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Android phones and tablets. An app download is required for iOS and Android devices. 

Once you’ve bought a subscription, you’ll need to activate it using the instructions we send you. If you have an existing Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, your existing subscription payments will cease upon activation of the Microsoft 365 Personal Inclusive Extra.

If you remove the Microsoft 365 Inclusive Extra, you will receive a confirmation from Microsoft when access to the service will stop. Your Microsoft account will be disabled for 90 days before being deleted. Once deleted, any stored data will be unrecoverable. To reactivate your subscription, you will need to contact Microsoft.
