This article is only for TV boxes with an EE logo on them. If you've got a BT logo visit www.bt.com/help/tv.
With the EE TV Mobile App, you'll be able to view the programme guide and schedule recordings of your favourite shows.
You'll also be able to watch any films or TV shows you've purchased via the internet, on your EE TV Box Pro or Mini, or via the EE TV Store.
How to log in to the EE TV Mobile App on your mobile
You can download the EE TV Mobile App from either the Apple App Store if you’re using an iPhone, or Google Play Store for Android devices.
To start watching programmes on the EE TV Mobile App you need to log in using your EE ID username and password.
There are two ways of doing this:
- You can either select the Menu button in the top left-hand corner of the screen, and then select Log in at the bottom.
- Or you’ll be prompted to log in the first time you try to watch any programme on the app.
You'll only need to enter your log-in details once. The app will remember your details and keep you logged in.
If you can't remember your EE ID or password, you can request a reminder from the log-in screen. If you don't have an EE ID, you can also access the EE ID set-up menu from the log-in screen.
