Sky Stream from EE

This article is about getting help with Sky Stream from EE. Sky Stream plugs into any TV and streams Sky content over WiFi, with no dish or installation needed.

How to get Sky Stream from EE

We'll charge a 99p admin fee when you place your device order with us. Once the order's in, you complete the process by choosing your TV subscription directly with Sky. We’ll send you an email explaining how to do this.

Your device will not be sent out by Sky until you choose your Sky TV subscription. You have 7 days after placing your device order to choose your subscription. Select the link in the email that we send you to start choosing your Sky TV subscription. If you don’t choose a subscription within 7 days of ordering Sky Stream through EE your order will be cancelled.

Watching in another room

Add an extra Sky Stream device when you place your order if you want to watch in another room. You'll need to take out a Sky Whole Home monthly subscription if you order an extra device.

Need to know

We'll send you an email with a unique link to choose your Sky TV subscription. You can also find it in Orders Help.

If you’ve already chosen your subscription, but your box hasn’t arrived yet, track your delivery.

Eligibility requirements

You must meet Sky eligibility requirements to order a Sky TV subscription and complete your order. Visit the Sky website or Sky terms and conditions to view their PDF on Streaming TV subscriptions.

Existing Sky Stream or Sky Glass customers

Orders should not be placed by existing Sky Stream or Sky Glass customers. If you place an order, you won’t be able to select a Sky TV subscription and your order will be cancelled. Existing customers should use their My Sky app to make changes to their Sky TV plan.

Customers outside the UK  

Orders should only be placed by customers with a residential address in the UK, excluding the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. If your address is in the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands and you place a Sky Stream order with EE, you won’t be able to select a Sky TV subscription and your order will be cancelled.

Managing your Sky Stream package

When you choose your Sky TV subscription directly with Sky, you’ll need to set up a Sky ID. You can use the My Sky customer portal to make any changes to your account. For help with Sky billing or technical support visit Sky Help.

Netflix

Netflix Standard with Ads is included with Sky Entertainment as part of the TV base pack from Sky. If you currently have Netflix, you can bring your account with you or create a new one.  

TNT Sports

You can choose to add TNT Sports as part of your Sky TV subscription. If you do this, make sure to cancel with your current provider or you’ll be charged twice.

Order cancellation and returns

If you change your mind in the first 7 days, before you’ve chosen your Sky TV subscription, do nothing and your order will be cancelled. Your payment will be cancelled or you'’ll receive a refund after the 7 days.

If you change your mind after you’ve chosen your Sky TV subscription, you’ll need to contact Sky directly to cancel your subscription and to arrange return of your device.  

You’ll have a 31-day cooling-off period which starts when your equipment is delivered. That means you have the right to cancel your Sky Stream order without incurring early termination charges.
