Inclusive extras & Mobile add-ons

On 31 March each year our monthly prices will increase by £3 for broadband, £2 for TV and £1.50 for mobile SIM, Airtime and Connected Devices. Out of bundle charges (such as the charge for making calls outside of your allowance and the EU daily charge) will increase by 5%. See ee.co.uk/prices-explained for details. All prices shown are in contract prices. The cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE customer.

Flex Pay is a consumer credit product to finance your device: if you do not keep up to date with payments, your credit file and future borrowing may be impacted. Only take out credit if you believe it is affordable for you to do so. Credit is subject to a credit check, your status and assessment. You’ll need an EE mobile airtime plan. EE Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the provision of consumer credit.

Pay Up: Available to customers with an iPhone Smart Plan or All Rounder iPhone Plan. Select Apple One as your Inclusive Extra for an additional charge. Provides access to Apple One individual subscription. You can cancel at any time. Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Only available to iOS users. If you have an existing Apple Music or Apple TV Inclusive Extra or add-on, this will be automatically removed when you select Apple One. If you are an existing Apple One customer directly with Apple, you will no longer be charged except for iCloud+ and your 50GB storage will be stacked. Apple One is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Requires an iPhone using iOS14 or later. Apple ID required. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. Netflix Standard with adverts: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Offer subject to change. Inclusive Extra provides access to Netflix Standard with adverts membership. Existing Netflix customers who pay Netflix directly for   their subscription must link their account to their EE plan. You will continue to be charged separately   by Netflix for your existing Netflix account until you link that account to   your EE plan.  If you end your EE plan, Netflix will resume billing via your previous payment method.  If your Netflix subscription is part of an   inclusive bundle with a third party, you may continue to be charged via that   third party.  Upgrades to Netflix Standard plans and Netflix Premium plans available as an add-on when you take the Inclusive Extra. EU Roaming: Included as standard with an Essentials Unlimited Plus, All Rounder or Full Works plan. Our Europe Roaming Zone presently includes:  Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (excludes northern Cyprus), Czech Republic, Canary Islands, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Islands, Romania, San Marino, Saint Martin (French), Saint Barthelemy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Italy). 

*Note Turkey (you may connect to a Turkish network in Northern Cyprus) and Andorra are outside the EU/EEA and not included in our European Roaming Zone.

Google AI Plus 2TB : Available to customers with an All Rounder Plan. Provides access to Google AI Plus 2TB subscription. You can  cancel at any time. Content is variable and may be withdrawn at any time. Unlimited Data Plans: 50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.Stay Connected Data: If you have a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance your speed will be capped at 0.5Mbps.  You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account.  Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will return to the capped speed until your monthly plan allowance has renewed. Not available with No Frills plans.

Data Gifting: Account holder only can gift between pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. Unlimited data plans can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance.  No gifting to/from Smart Watches, 4G Home, 5G Home or 30-day 4G WiFi or 5G WiFi plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over, allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month.  If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK/EU.  Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line.
