You can take your Subscription Pack allowances with you to 47 destinations across Europe. However, from the 6th June 2023, EU roaming charges will apply.
When you arrive at your EU destination, you’ll receive a welcome text from us detailing your available EU Roaming options. To use your full pack allowance for 24 hours, you can pay £2.50 and text ROAMEU1D to 150. Alternatively, text ROAMEU7D to use your full pack allowance for 7 days at a cost of £10. Once you have selected your roaming option, we will send you a confirmation text confirming your allowance period has started and a text when this is about to expire. This will give you the option to renew or explore alternatives.
If you don’t select one of the EU Roaming options above, you will be charged the standard EU Roaming rates for calls and texts (70p per minute and 30p per text) and the option to buy a 500MB data add-on for £3 (lasts 24 hours).
The destinations covered are Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Canary Islands, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guyana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Islands, Romania, San Marino, Saint Martin (French), Saint Barthelemy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Italy).
Note: Turkey (you may connect to a Turkish network in Northern Cyprus) and Andorra are outside the EU/EEA and not included in our European Roaming Zone.
Note: Republic of Ireland, customers will be able to use their pack allowances as they do in the UK at no extra charge. If you exceed your pack allowance, you will be charged at standard UK rates.
