How to claim the EE Switch Offer
Before starting, check the termination terms in your contract with your current provider. Make sure you can leave before you switch to us.
Once you've ordered and activated EE Broadband, email the final bill from your old supplier to switch-team@ee.co.uk, along with your EE order number in the subject line.
For your claim to be successful, your final bill must be paid and should clearly show the itemised leaving fees.
Once we’ve received your bill and validated the leaving fees, we'll credit this to your next EE bill. You’ll get an email to let you know if your claim has been successful.
Offer terms
If you choose to switch your broadband, calls and line rental from another UK consumer broadband provider to EE, you'll be able to receive credit to your EE account to the value of your early termination charges or £300, whichever is lower. This offer will be prorated if you take out an EE package that's shorter than 24 months.
The offer applies to fixed-line consumer broadband, broadband and TV packages, and home phone termination charges only, it excludes other termination charges. Please see the table below for more information on what is covered.

This offer is by invitation only to new EE Broadband customers signing up to any EE Broadband or EE Broadband and TV package, who are eligible to cancel their current contracts with other providers. One credit of up to £300 per household at the time of initial buy-out.
If you have broadband and TV with more than one provider, you will only be eligible for credit on both of these contracts if you provide both final bills to us at the same time. Otherwise, we will only cover the first of these final bills in accordance with these terms.
The amount of the termination charges will be credited to your EE account within 28 days of us receiving your bill with the early termination charges. Excludes call and any excess data charges on the final bill. You must email your bill, after you have paid your leaving fees, to switch-team@ee.co.uk within a period of two (2) months of your EE broadband being activated to be eligible to receive your account credit. The name and address on the previous provider’s bill must match the name and address registered to the EE account set up. Offer excludes BT Group employees. Offer excludes termination charges from BT Group (BT, EE and Plusnet) products, or any business (non-consumer) broadband. There's no cash alternative to this offer. Other exclusions and conditions may apply.
No credits will be applied in the first 14 days after your service starts. Customers who cancel their EE Broadband within 14 days of their service starting, or who do not provide their final bill within two (2) months of their service being activated, won't be eligible for this offer.
If you have won any competition or prize draw, which includes EE Broadband and/or TV as a/the prize, you'll only be eligible for EE Switch if the terms and conditions of the competition or prize draw explicitly state that EE Switch is applicable. If you're eligible in this case, the terms (above) will apply in the ordinary sense.
