Entertainment on EE

On 31 March each year our monthly prices will increase by £3 for broadband, £2 for TV and £1.50 for mobile SIM, Airtime and Connected Devices. Out of bundle charges (such as the charge for making calls outside of your allowance and the EU daily charge) will increase by 5%. See ee.co.uk/prices-explained for details. All prices shown are in contract prices. The cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE customer.

Inclusive Extras: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on an All Rounder Plan or Full Works Plan. Once you’ve chosen, you can change your Inclusive Extra thereafter every 30 days. Choose your Inclusive Extra at purchase, via My EE or by texting 150, for more details go to ee.co.uk/inclusive-extras We may at any time change the range of Inclusive Extras available, the content of Inclusive Extras or the minimum length of time each must be active for. Each Inclusive Extra may take up to 24 hours to activate. Content Inclusive Extras are provided by third parties and the content available may change from time to time. Third party subscriptions may be required.

Music Data Pass: Available as an Inclusive Extra for customers who took a Smart Plan up to 16th August 2022 and as an additional service for a monthly charge for customers on Pay Monthly phone, 12 month SIM only phone plan or Pay Monthly tablet plan. Data used whilst streaming and downloading music content on Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, BBC Sounds, Primephonic and Global Player whilst in the countries included in your Plan allowance will not be deducted from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the apps will be deducted from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream and download content on the apps listed via your EE plan. The EE Music Data Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Video Data Pass: Available as an Inclusive Extra for customers who took a Smart Plan between 1 May 2019 and 26 May 2020 and as an additional service for a monthly charge for customers on Pay Monthly phone, 12 month SIM only phone plan or Pay Monthly tablet plan. Data used whilst streaming and downloading video content on Netflix, MTV Play, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, TV Player, TNT Sports on discovery+, BritBox, YouTube Kids, BBC iPlayer Kids and Twisted Mirror, whilst in the countries included in your Plan allowance will not be deducted from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the Content Apps will be deducted from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on the Content Apps via your EE plan. Some or all of the data used whilst streaming content on devices using iOS 15 with Apple Private Relay switched on, will not be zero rated as we cannot link your EE customer ID to all your activity.  The EE Video Data Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content via the EE Video Data Pass may change from time to time. Roam Further Pass: Included as standard with a Full Works plan. Access your standard plan allowances in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand plus the EU/EEA (see ee.co.uk/terms for full list of destinations) in addition to the UK. Remember, data fair use policy outside UK of 50GB applies. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. Allowances last until next bill or until used up, whichever comes first. Allowances don’t roll over. Our stable links policy applies, as set out in the Plan Terms. Once you have used up the allowance, or hit your 50GB fair use amount, standard rates apply as set out in the Non-Standard Price Guide.

TNT Sports on discovery+: Devices must use at least Android 5, Windows 10, or iOS 15 operating systems. TV licence for the household registered to your EE account required (including app use only). TNT Sports on discovery+ is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit, or adapt the content made available to you. It's your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content available via the app may change from time to time. When you download and use the discovery+ app, you will use data that will be deducted from your price plan's inclusive allowance.
