Set up a Direct Debit on the EE website
Need to know
You'll need to pay any money owed before setting up a Direct Debit.
To set up a Direct Debit online
Have your bank account details to hand:
- Log in to the EE website
- Select Manage.
- Select Billing.
- Scroll down the page to Set up a Direct Debit.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
We’ll send you confirmation that your Direct Debit has been set up. Your payment will be taken on or around 8 days after your bill date.
Want to pay using another account?
If you want to pay Direct Debit from a bank account that's not in your name, you'll need to call us to set it up. Both you and the account holder will need to be on the call.
