Make a device payment

Pay by Direct Debit

A Direct Debit for your device was set up for you. Each month, the amount due will be debited from your bank account. You can easily change the date of your device's Direct Debit payments:

You can make a payment through the EE website.

Need to know

You can only pay the agreed amount for the relevant month online.

For extra payments, please call us on 360 from your EE mobile or call 07953 966 250 from any phone.

How do I upgrade my device?

We can sort out an upgrade over the phone. You'll need to:

  • pay off any outstanding balance on your device before you can upgrade
  • call us on 360 from your EE mobile

How much I can pay for my device online?

You can only pay the agreed amount for the relevant month online. To make overpayments or to pay off your device in full, call us:

  • on 360 from your EE mobile
  • or 07953 966 250 from any phone

Can I return my device?

Yes. You can return your device within 14 days, as long as it's in a condition that's suitable under our returns policy.
