Ways to pay your bill
To pay your EE Mobile or broadband bill, you can:
- make a payment in the EE app
- make a payment online
- set up a Direct Debit
- pay your mobile bill by text
- pay over the phone
- pay by bank transfer
- pay in an EE store
- pay at a bank
- pay by cheque
- pay your broadband bill by phone
How to pay someone else's bill
You can pay someone’s mobile bill (or top up their phone online. You don’t need to sign in to their account. You’ll need their account and phone numbers.
Check your bill has been paid
You can log in to your EE account online to check that your payment has processed and your bill is paid.
It can take up to 5 days for a payment to reach us, unless you pay by Direct Debit.
