Other ways to pay
Pay someone else's bill
You can pay someone’s mobile bill (or top up their phone with a quick payment). You don’t need to sign in to their account. You’ll need their account and phone numbers.
If you can’t pay your bill
Check your bill has been paid
You can check your payment has processed and your bill is paid.
It can take up to 5 days for a payment to reach us, unless you pay by Direct Debit.
