Paying by Direct Debit
This is our recommended way to pay your EE Broadband bill. Once it’s set up, we’ll take your payment around 8 days after your bill is issued.
Your bill will show the due date. Here's how to view your bill online or in the EE app.
To set up a Direct Debit, have your bank account number and sort code to hand and:
- Log in to your EE account online.
- Select Bills & Payments in the top right of your screen.
- Select Manage Direct Debit, to set up your Direct Debit.

Making a one-off payment
You can make a one-off payment online or in the EE app using a credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
In the EE App
- Download or open the EE app.
- Select Manage from the bottom of your screen.
- We'll show you the bill total, scroll down the page and tap on the link to Make a payment.
Online
- Log into your EE account online from your web browser.
- Go to Bills & Payments in the top bar on your screen.
- Select the bill you want to view by date.
- We'll show you the total bill. Scroll down and select the link to Make a payment.
Paying over the phone
You can also pay your broadband bill with a debit or credit card by calling us.
