Our Full Fibre service uses an Ethernet cable to connect your hub to the Openreach modem (also called a Fibre box, or ONT), not a phone socket. The modem is a small box with lights plugged into a power socket, which our engineer installed inside your home. Choose this option for help setting up your hub.

Our Part Fibre (also known as Fibre to the Cabinet) broadband service uses a cable to connect your hub to your phone line through something called a broadband filter. If you received a broadband filter in your hub's box, choose this option for help setting up your hub.
