Set up Smart Hub 6 Plus

Our full fibre service uses an ethernet cable to connect your hub to the ONT, which is a small box with lights on your wall. It will have been installed by an Openreach engineer. It's basically the full fibre equivalent of a phone socket.

If you’re on part fibre or copper broadband, your Smart Hub 6 Plus connects to your phone socket using a broadband cable and filter. If you’ve got a filter in your hub’s box, you’ll need it for setup.
