If you’re planning a move, we've got a dedicated team, so there’s no need to stress about your broadband or home phone. We’ll help transfer your services to your new address smoothly and hassle-free.
- Let us know as soon as possible, ideally 3 weeks before your move
- We'll try to ensure you have like-for-like services at your new address, or we'll let you know what alternatives are available
- We'll deliver your new equipment, if required, 2 days before you move
- We'll boost your EE Mobile plans to keep you connected

Get in touch at least 3 weeks before your move. Call 150 from your EE phone or 0330 123 1105 from any other phone.
Less than 3 weeks to go? No problem. Call us straight away and we'll do our best to sort everything for when you move in.
We'll just need to know your new address and the date of the move.
How your move works
- Like-for-like move - If the same services are available at your new address, we can transfer your current plan and pricing over.
- No hidden fees - If you've got broadband with us, there are no activation or connection fees. If you need new equipment, there's a delivery charge. If you only have phone services, we may charge you a connection fee.
- We'll keep you updated - You'll get important updates by text and email. Plus, you can check progress online at any time.

Staying online during your move
- Equipment and delivery: We'll let you know whether to take your current EE hub with you or expect new equipment. New equipment typically arrives 2 days before your service start date.

- somewhere else convenient. - Instant connection - if you have an Ultimate or Premium plan, plug in your Connectivity Backup or 4G Mini Hub at your new place, and you’re online from day one.
- Keep your number: Most customers can keep their existing home phone number, though there may be some geographic exceptions.
- EE Mobile users - we’ll upgrade your plan with an automatic unlimited data boost to keep you connected while your broadband’s set up. Try using your mobile hotspot in the meantime if needed.

- First month free - Complete your broadband move and get your first month of service totally free.
- Add WiFi Extender - Once your broadband's set up, consider adding a WiFi Extender for better coverage throughout your home.

Exclusive mobile benefits
EE Broadband customers can add unlimited-data mobile SIMs from just £10 a month (for SIMs with capped speeds of 10 Mbps).
EE Mobile customers will also be boosted to unlimited data on all pay monthly SIM plans costing more than £10 per month on your account. You can switch to unlimited data mobile SIMs from just £10 a month on your current plans when they become eligible for an upgrade. Not compatible with any other discount, including the Multi-line discount.
If you cancel your EE Broadband plan, all EE Mobile benefits will be removed.
