How do I arrange my move?

Moving home can get stressful, so the last thing you need is to be worrying about your broadband connection. EE makes it easier to move home and stay connected.

Moving home with EE Broadband and home phone

To arrange your home move give us a call at least 3 weeks before your move and we'll take care of the rest. Moving your services is completely free, even if we have to call an engineer.

  • call 150 from your EE phone
  • or call 0330 123 1105 from any other phone

We'll need to know:

  • your current home phone number or address
  • the full address of your new home
  • your moving date

If your moving date changes, call us on 0330 123 1105 and we’ll rearrange the date.

Keeping your services connected

If you're an EE Mobile customer, let us know. We'll apply a 1-month unlimited data boost on your mobile plan so you can stay connected until your EE broadband is set up. To get online, just switch on your WiFi (Personal) hotspot from your phone's settings and use it to connect your devices to the internet. Plus, get your first month of broadband for free when you complete your EE move.

Once your broadband is set up, you can add Smart WiFi to enjoy a connection that stretches further around your home. It's all on the UK's most reliable broadband technology, too, so you'll get the speeds you pay for even at peak times.

The legal bit

First Month Free

Available to broadband customers when you renew your contract whilst completing a home move with EE. You will not be charged for your first monthly price plan. You will be required to pay any additional charges due, including Add Ons. This is a one-off credit. The offer is non-transferrable and you cannot exchange the credit for a cash alternative.

Home Move Unlimited Data Boost for mobile

All eligible customers will be boosted to unlimited data on their EE Pay Monthly mobile number. Customers on an Essentials plan will be boosted to unlimited data on all numbers on their registered EE mobile account.

Who is eligible for EE Home Move Unlimited Data Boost offer?

All customers on an existing EE pay monthly mobile plan who complete a home move with EE for their broadband service or add EE broadband for the first time to their new home. This offer is available to one eligible EE mobile account per household.

How do I claim the Home Move Unlimited Data Boost?

Depending on your mobile account, after you make your home move request or complete your broadband order the boost will automatically be added to your account within 24 hours. A confirmation text is then sent once the data boost has been added to your account.

If you are not on an Essentials Plan, you must ensure you enter the relevant mobile number you want the boost to be applied to in your broadband order.

How long does the offer last?

The boost will last for one full billing cycle, starting from the completion of your order or home move request, after which you will go back to your original data allowance.

Who cannot get the offer?

The offer will not be available on plans or add-ons with unlimited data, plans with a minimum term of less than 12 months, non-lead sharer plans, watch plans, 4GEE Home, 4GEE Wi-Fi and tablet devices.

What else should I know?

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit on your account.
