What's included with your Game Pass
With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you can download and play games on your console, Windows PC, mobile, tablet, selected smart TVs or from the cloud.
Your Game Pass includes:
- access to more than 500 games, including new releases on day one
- an EA Play membership is included at no extra cost
- exclusive deals, discounts, free perks and more
- play alongside millions of Xbox players, friends or family and play across devices with Xbox Cloud Gaming
Using your Game Pass
To install games simply navigate to the Xbox Game Pass section on your console, select the game, and choose download to console.
You can use Xbox Game Pass on:
- Xbox Series X or S
- Xbox One consoles
- PCs, phones and tablets via Xbox Cloud Gaming
If you're using a PC, mobile, or a tablet, download the Xbox app and follow the steps to enable Xbox Cloud Gaming.
How to get your Game Pass
Buy online through the EE Shop and pay by card each month
If you're using the EE shop on the EE app to purchase your subscription using a debit or credit card, you can cancel anytime.
Choose as an Inclusive Extra with your EE Mobile plan
If your pay monthly mobile plan for Android includes Inclusive Extras, then with any eligible plan purchased after 17 August 2022, you can add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as one of these. Unless you remove this, it will be available for the duration of your contract.
Add to your EE Mobile monthly bill
Alternatively, send a text message with the word XBOX to 150 to add the Game Pass to your phone or SIM plan.
Get it as a monthly subscription
- Download and log in to the EE App.
- Go to Shop
- Select Gaming.
- Select and check out Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
- Activate the subscription within 5 days.
Managing your subscription
Use the EE app to manage, cancel, or update your subscription and payment card. If you cannot access the app, call us on 0800 079 0062. You can log into the EE app anytime to manage your subscription.

Get it as an Inclusive Extra
- Log in to your EE account online, or use the EE app.
- Select Manage.
- Select Plans.
- Select Inclusive Extras & add-ons.
- Select Inclusive Extras.
- Follow the steps to add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
You can select Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as your Inclusive Extra on an eligible All Rounder or Full Works mobile plan in the EE app.
Alternatively, you can choose your Inclusive Extras by text: text PICK to 150 to select an Inclusive Extra.

If you choose the Game Pass as your Inclusive Extra, there are no additional charges or contracts to sign.
Your Game Pass questions answered
If you’re currently subscribed through your EE device or broadband, we’ll automatically cancel this if you choose it as an Inclusive Extra.
However, if you’re paying Microsoft directly, your existing Game Pass will be upgraded to Ultimate. You can continue using this, and when it expires, you’ll switch to our Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and you won't be charged by Microsoft again.
- Log in to your EE account online, or use the EE app.
- Select Inclusive Extras.
- Follow the steps to remove the Game Pass.
