How do I get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on EE?
If your pay monthly plan for Android includes Inclusive Extras, then with any eligible plan purchased from 17 August 2022 you’ll be able to add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as one of these. Unless you remove this, it will be available for the duration of your contract.
Alternatively, you can text Xbox to 150 to add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to your phone or SIM plan.

How do I select Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an Inclusive Extra?
To select Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as your Inclusive Extra on an eligible All Rounder or Full Works plan:
- log in to EE or use the EE app
- go to Menu > Plans, Inclusive Extras & add-ons
- select Inclusive Extras and follow the steps to add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
Alternatively you can choose your Inclusive Extras by text:
- text PICK to 150 to select an Inclusive Extra
What happens if I select Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an Inclusive Extra when I’m currently paying for it?
If you’re currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through EE, we’ll automatically cancel this if you choose it as an Inclusive Extra.
However, if you’re paying Microsoft directly, your existing pass will be upgraded to ‘Ultimate’. You can continue using this, and when it expires you’ll switch over to our Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and will no longer be charged by Microsoft.
Do I need to sign a contract for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?
If you’ve chosen Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as your Inclusive Extra, there are no additional charges or contracts to sign.
How do I cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an Inclusive Extra?
If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on a Smart plan:
- log in to EE or use the EE app
- go to Menu > Plans, Inclusive Extras & add-ons
- select Inclusive Extras and follow the steps to remove the pass
