What's an EE GameCard?
You can buy an EE GameCard through the EE Game Store or may receive it as part of a gaming bundle. You can use the GameCard for thousands of products across all major gaming platforms, including:
- PlayStation
- Nintendo
- Xbox
EE GameCards are available in £25, £50, £75 and £100 amounts. If you received one as part of a bundle, they may be a different value.
How to redeem
Step 1
Get the code
After buying an EE GameCard, we'll send you a text message, you'll need to reply to it. Once we've get your reply, you'll get an EE GameCard long code and a unique 4-digit PIN. You'll need both to redeem through the EE Game Store.
We aim to send codes as soon as possible, but if you haven't received your EE GameCard code after 2 working days, text EE GameCard to 150.
Step 2
Start shopping
To use your EE GameCard to buy digital downloads or platform and game specific currency, enter your code and PIN at checkout.

Step 3
Download your game or currency
We will send you an email, using the address you gave at checkout, with details of your purchase and a code to redeem it.
If you don't get your email, remember to check your junk folder. If it's not in there, email hneegaming@waivpay.com and we'll look into it.
Step 4
Time to game!
You can now use the code we sent to your email on your preferred gaming platform. You'll find help for each platform using the links below.
Please note: PlayStation only sells digital currency, not games, so you'll need to use that currency to buy games directly on the platform.
Things to check
If you have money left on your card, you can use the remaining balance on other purchases. Just use the same long code and PIN.
You'll have 18-months from the date you bought it to use the balance.
If you cancel within 14 days, you'll receive a full refund, including for the EE GameCard. We'll cancel the GameCard, but if the code has already been used, you'll be billed for the value spent.
