Got a gaming bundle?
If you've bought a gaming bundle with an EE GameCard, it will take up to 48 hours to arrive by SMS or email.
Where you can buy and use a EE GameCard
You can buy an EE GameCard through the EE Game Store or you may receive it as part of a gaming bundle. You can use the GameCard for hundreds of products across all major gaming platforms, including:
- PlayStation
- Nintendo
- Xbox
- Meta
Cards are available to buy in £25, £50, £75 and £100 amounts. If you received one as part of a bundle, they may be a different value.
How to redeem
Step 1
Get the code
After you buy an EE GameCard, we'll send you a text message and an email. We'll send your EE GameCard long code and a unique 4-digit PIN. You'll need both to redeem through the EE Game Store.
We aim to send codes as soon as possible, but if you haven't received your EE GameCard code after two working days, please contact us.
Step 2
Start shopping
To use your EE GameCard to buy digital content or platform and game-specific currency, type in your code and PIN when you pay.
If you have any problems with redeeming your GameCard, please email bhneegaming@waivpay.com and our team will help.
Step 3
Download your game or currency
We will send you an email, using the address you gave at checkout, with details of your purchase and a code to redeem it.
If you don’t get the email, remember to check your junk folder. If it’s not there, please email bhneegaming@waivpay.com and we'll look into it.
Step 4
Time to game!
You can now use the code we sent to your email on your preferred gaming platform. You'll find help for each platform using the links below.
PlayStation only sells digital currency, not games, so you'll need to use that currency to buy games directly on the platform.
Having trouble with your EE GameCard?
If your GameCard isn't working, try these quick fixes.
Invalid code
Check you’ve entered the code exactly as shown and remove any spaces. If it still doesn't work, it may already be redeemed. Contact us if you need help.
Regional restriction
Make sure your game account is set to the UK. If not, update your settings or redeem through a UK account.
Code already used
Sign in to the correct account and check your purchase or credit history. If nothing appears, contact us.
Things to check
If you have money left on your card, you can use the remaining balance on other purchases. Just use the same long code and PIN.
You’ll have 24 months from the date you bought your EE GameCard to use the full balance.
If you cancel within 14 days, you'll receive a full refund, including the value of your EE GameCard. We'll cancel the GameCard, but if the code has already been used, you'll be billed for the amount spent.
