What is included in the Gaming Bundle?

You will not only get the Nintendo Switch console but included in the box will be vouchers for 24 months of Nintendo Switch Online services. Our Gamers data pass and Video data pass will also be added to your mobile phone.

Where are my vouchers?

Your vouchers can be found inside the console box, you will have 2 x 12 month passes included.

My vouchers are missing from my box

I cannot redeem my vouchers or my Nintendo Switch Online is not working as expected

How do I redeem my vouchers?

  1. Using a browser, visit https://ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/
  2. Select Sign in and enter your Nintendo Account email address and password. (If you are already signed in, check the user information in the top-right corner to confirm you are signed in with the correct Nintendo Account)
  3. Enter your 16-digit download code and then select Next
  4. Re-enter your Nintendo Account password when prompted, then select Redeem to complete the process
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email to the email address registered to your Nintendo Account once this process is completed

I have changed my mind within my cooling off period but have already claimed my vouchers

Since the vouchers have been claimed you can cancel the bundle, but you will be charged the value of each voucher claimed. This includes charges for any vouchers that have been scratched off, even if they have not been redeemed.
