What is included in the Gaming Bundle?
You will not only get the PlayStation console but included in the box will be 4 x £50 vouchers to purchase 24 months of PlayStation Plus Premium services. Our Gamers data pass and Video data pass will also be added to your mobile phone. There will also be step-by-step instructions to get your subscription to PlayStation Plus Premium up and running in no time at all.
Where are my vouchers?
Your vouchers can be found in an envelope on the outside of the console box, you will have 4 x vouchers included.

I can't redeem my voucher or my PlayStation Plus Premium is not working as expected

Redeeming your vouchers when you don’t currently have PlayStation Plus Premium
First, you'll need to add a 12-month subscription using two of you supplied vouchers
- Log-in or create a Sony account
- Select your profile icon at the top and choose Redeem code
- Scratch off the scratch panel of two vouchers to reveal your unique codes
- Enter these codes to redeem the balance of the first two vouchers
- Choose Join PlayStation Plus > 12-month premium tier > Add to cart > Accept
- Payment method should show your wallet balance
- Tick the Confirm box before continuing on to order and pay
- You should receive a confirmation of when the first 12 months will expire
Once this has been completed, you'll need to add the second 12-month subscription using another two vouchers (this must be completed after the first year has been added).
To do this, log-in to your account and repeat steps 2 through 12 using the second 2 provided vouchers.
I already have PlayStation Plus Premium - how do I redeem my vouchers?
First, set up a 12-month subscription using 2 of the provided vouchers
- Log-in or create a Sony account
- Select your profile icon at the top and choose redeem code
- Scratch off the scratch panel of two vouchers to reveal your unique codes
- Enter these codes to redeem the balance of the first two vouchers
- Choose the profile icon again and select Subscription Management > Change
- From the following menu select Premium > 12 Months
- Choose Continue > Accept > Done
- You should receive a confirmation of when the first 12 months will expire
Next, you'll need to add the second 12-month subscription using another two vouchers (this must be completed after the first year has been added, and the payment has been taken from your PlayStation account).
Once the first payment has been taken from your PlayStation account, follow steps 1 through 8 as above to add the second year’s PlayStation Plus Premium subscription using the second two vouchers.
I have changed my mind within my cooling off period but have already claimed my vouchers
Since the vouchers have been claimed, you can cancel the bundle, but you will be charged the value of each voucher claimed. This includes charges for any vouchers that have been scratched off, even if they have not been redeemed.
