About PC Game Pass
PC Game Pass lets you download and play hundreds of games on your Windows PC.
You’ll need:
- a PC with Windows 10 or 11 (version 22H2 or later)
- the Xbox app installed

How to buy PC Game Pass
You can buy a PC Game Pass in the EE app or on the website using a debit or credit card, or by adding it to your monthly bill.
Subscribe to a monthly plan using the EE app
To buy a monthly subscription via the EE app:
- Download and log in to the EE app.
- Select Shop.
- Select Gaming.
- Choose PC Game Pass.
- Check out and pay.
- Activate within 5 days.
To buy a monthly subscription via the EE website:
- Go to the EE website.
- Select PC Game Pass.
- Add to basket and checkout.
- Check that your details shown are correct.
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- Choose how to pay.
- Follow the steps onscreen.
- Activate within 5 days.
How to use your pass
To play games:
- Open the Xbox app on your PC.
- Go to the Game Pass section.
- Pick a game and select Download.
You can also use the Xbox app on your phone or tablet to chat with friends and browse games.
How to manage your pass
If you need to change how you pay for your PC Game Pass. The easiest way is to use the EE app:
- Download and log in to the EE app.
- Select Manage.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select PC Game Pass.
- Change your payment details.
If you want to cancel your pass:
- download and log in to the EE app
- select Manage
- select Subscriptions
- select cancel next to PC Game Pass listing
You can also manage your pass online:
- log into EE online
- select Downloads & Subscriptions
- select PC Game Pass
