- Log in to EE and use the icon in the menu bar to navigate to your Profile
- expand Login information
- select edit next to your username or password
- enter the new details and click Save
Need to know
While we’re in the process of moving all our customers over to new EE, it’s possible you might see one of two different version of your Profile screen. If you need to edit your personal details, go to your Profile page and check to see if it says ‘My EE’ at the top.
Please note: If your page says ‘My EE’, then you’ll need to follow this information, to change your billing and postal address for your account. if not then the follow the steps on this page.
Where to update your details on EE
Logging in to EE is the easiest way to update your details.
Not signed up to EE yet?
To set up an EE ID, head to our login page and follow the Create account link.
If you can't access EE online you can change your details by calling 150 from your EE phone (or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone).

Tell us what you’d like us to call you by adding a preferred name
- Log in to EE and use the icon in the menu bar to navigate to your Profile
- expand Personal details and select edit next to What should we call you?
- enter a preferred name and click Save

Change or add your contact details
- Log in to EE and use the icon in the menu bar to navigate to your Profile
- expand the Contact section and select edit next to the contact you want to change
- add your new contact details.
Your contact email doesn’t have to match the one you use for your username.
We use your contact mobile number to get in touch with important updates. If this number is different to your EE mobile number, it won’t be used for sending marketing.
