How do I stop using pay as you go?

  • Go to section

Once you use up all your pay as you go credit, you can stop using it and don’t have to buy more credit – unless you’ve set up card payments or a recurring top-up.

You can cancel your card payments or a recurring top-up at any time. To do this:

  1. 1

    log in to My EE

  2. 2

    go to Menu

  3. 3

select Card payments or Auto top-up

Don't forget

If you don’t call or text within 180 days, your account will automatically expire and you’ll lose your number along with any remaining credit
