How do I arrange my move?

Moving with EE broadband, home phone or EE TV is simple. And best of all, it's free.
Give us a call at least three weeks before your move and we’ll take care of the rest.
Plus, get your first month of broadband for free when you complete your move. You can also get a 50GB data boost for your EE device that will be added within five working days of your home move request.
To arrange your home move:
call 150 from your EE phone
or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone
We'll need to know:
your current home phone number or address
the full address of your new home
your moving date

First Month Free: available to standard broadband and fibre customers only when completing a home move with EE. You will not be charged for your first monthly price plan and line rental charge. You will be required to pay any additional charges due. This is a one-off credit. The offer is non-transferrable and you cannot exchange the credit for a cash alternative.
50GB Data Boost one-off offer: only available to existing EE pay monthly mobile customers, who complete a home move with EE for their broadband service. Data allowance boosted by 50GB. Not available with 30 day SIM Only plans, non-lead sharer plans or 4GEE Home, 4GEE WiFi and tablet devices. Unique event offer, which you can only benefit from once. One boost per household. The boost is applied to your mobile account within five working days of your home move request being placed. Add-on lasts 30 days only. Unused data does not roll over.
