Moving home with EE Broadband and home phone
We have a dedicated team to help move all of your EE services to your new address, so one less thing to worry about!
And, we will give you one-month free broadband if you renew your broadband contract when moving home. Our move team will take care of that for you automatically.
Or, if you want to keep your contract, subject to the services being available at your new address, you may be able to complete a like-for-like home move.
Good news: For broadband customers, there are no activation or connection fees associated with home move orders. However, there is a delivery charge if new equipment is required. For customers who only have telephony products, there is a £70 connection fee unless also ordering broadband.
Getting ready to move
Give us a call at least 3 weeks before your moving date and we'll take care of the rest. If your home move is in less than 3 weeks, call us straightaway and we'll do our best to get you connected from the day you move in.
Moving your services is completely free, even if we have to call an engineer (except for customers without broadband).

The moving process
We will move all your services as long as your new address has those services available – check the EE website, or check with us when you call.
We will keep you posted about your move by text and email, you can also check online at any time.
If your moving date changes, call us on 0330 123 1105 and we’ll rearrange the date.

Keeping your services connected
Stay connected on moving day
For Hybrid, Full Works or All Rounder customers; plug in your Smart Hybrid Hub or 4G Mini Hub on moving day for an instant connection.
Most customers will be able to keep their current phone number. However, there are some geographical restrictions that apply, e.g., when moving to and from Northern Ireland. Our guides will be able to advise you when you call us about your move.
If you're an EE Mobile customer, let us know. All existing plans get a free unlimited data boost on your mobile plan so you can always stay connected even if you have to wait for your EE broadband service to be ready at your new address.
To get online, just switch on your WiFi (Personal) hotspot from your phone's settings and use it to connect your devices to the internet. Plus, get your first month of broadband for free when you complete your EE move.
Once your broadband is set up, you can add Smart WiFi to enjoy a connection that stretches further around your home.
We will let you know when you place your home move order if you should return or take your current equipment with you.
If you need new equipment, it can be sent to your current address, your new address or to an alternative address if that’s more convenient.
The legal bit
First Month Free
Available to broadband customers when you renew your contract whilst completing a home move with EE. You will not be charged for your first monthly price plan. You will be required to pay any additional charges due, including Add Ons. This is a one-off credit. The offer is non-transferrable and you cannot exchange the credit for a cash alternative.
Exclusive mobile benefits
New and re-contracting EE broadband customers can add unlimited data mobile SIMs from just £10 a month (for SIMS with capped speeds of 10Mbps). Savings based on the cost of identical EE SIM plans to non-EE broadband customers.
Existing EE mobile customers will also be boosted to unlimited data on all pay monthly SIM plans on your account charged at over £10 a month. You will be able to switch to the unlimited data mobile SIMs from just £10 a month on your current plans when they become eligible for upgrade. Not compatible with any other discount, including Multi-line discount.
If you cancel your EE broadband plan, all EE Mobile benefits will be removed.
