Eligibility
Any purchase of a new Google Pixel 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro XL or 11 Pro Fold on either PAYM or SIM Free between 2 September 2026 and 5 September 2026.
Exclusions
Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of two (2) Gifts per household.
How to claim
You need to go to https://reward-promos.com/starterpack and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase.
You'll need to submit a claim for the Promotion Reward between 17th September 2026 and 7th November 2026 and are only eligible to submit a claim after 14 days from the date you purchased the applicable Qualifying Product.

You can see your IMEI details by dialling *#06# on your phone.
If you're having issues
If you don’t have proof of purchase, contact us, and one of our Guides will send you a One-Stop Proof Letter you can use to claim your gift.
If an email acknowledgement hasn't been received, it's your responsibility to contact the Promoter at starterpack@reward-promos.com or by phone (0333 070 7914) within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
