How do I reset my password?
To reset your password:
- go to the EE login page and follow the Forgot your password? link
- enter your email address
- we'll send you a secure passcode. Once you’ve entered this, you’ll be able to create a new password and log in
Issues resetting your password
If you created your account before Thursday 20 July, 2023 and have never logged in to it, you’ll need to verify your email before you can reset your password.
If you’ve tried to reset your password, you might have had an error telling you that your account could not be found. Don't worry. This is because your account was created in an older system and needs to be verified. You can use the following link to verify your email.
Once you've verified your account, you’ll be able to reset your password without any issues.
Forgotten login email or username
Your EE username is your email address. Search for emails from EE in the inbox of each of your email accounts. We'll have been in touch when you registered.
If you can't find an email from us, please call 150 from your EE phone or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone.
