How to find important information on your bill

Your EE bill is available in the EE app and also online. It has 3 key pieces of information about your account that you should make note of:

  1. Your details: Check we have the right name and address for you.
  2. Your account number: Have this to hand if you need to contact us about your services or your bill.
  3. Your service: The name and price for your services with EE.

The past 2 years' of bills are available online whenever you might need them and can also be downloaded as PDF files, if you want to print them.
