Get Netflix with EE TV
EE TV plans that include Netflix
Some EE TV plans include Netflix at no extra cost:

You can upgrade to Netflix Premium to watch in Ultra HD on up to 4 devices. You'll see the price in the EE app.
Ultra HD needs a compatible device and suitable internet connection.
Add it as an Extra
If your plan doesn't include Netflix, you add it as an Extra and choose your preferred plan.
Need to know
The cost of upgrading from Netflix Standard to Premium is reducing from £7 to £6 a month from 26 June.
- Existing customers will automatically move to the new price on their next bill after this date.
- If your bill is close to 26 June, you might briefly see the old price before it updates.
- There’s no change to your Netflix features or experience.
TV boxes that support Netflix
You can watch Netflix on either of our current TV boxes: EE TV Box Pro or EE TV Box Edge.


Press the Home button and then go to the Players & Apps section to find the Netflix app.
If your EE TV plan includes Netflix and an Apple 4K box, we'll automatically download the Netflix app for you.

If it's not there, you can also get it from the App Store.
Other TV boxes
While some of our older TV boxes support Netflix, you need to use one of the above TV boxes if you have the Netflix Standard with adverts plan.
If the Netflix app isn't on your TV box, it doesn't support it.
If you don't have a compatible box, call us on 0800 800 150 to upgrade. We can replace one TV box for free. Recordings can't be carried over.
Activating Netflix
If it's included in your plan, activate it online or in the EE app.
If you've added it as an Extra, activate it through your EE TV box.
Before you start
- Use the same email address if you already pay for Netflix, so you keep your profiles and viewing history.
- We’ll handle your billing once it’s linked to EE.
- If you get Netflix through another provider, contact them to cancel it.

Change your Netflix plan
- If it's Included in your EE TV plan, use the EE app.
- If you've added it as an Extra, go to netflix.com.
Changing your EE TV plan
- If you move to a plan that includes Netflix, we’ll sort everything for you.
- If you move away from a plan with Netflix included, you’ll need to cancel and reactivate it:
- Log in at netflix.com.
- Select Cancel your membership, then Finish cancellation.
- Sign out of your Netflix account on your EE TV box.
- Sign back in and reactivate.
Change your email address
Update this at netflix.com.
Cancel your Netflix (Extra only)
Go to netflix.com.
Bills and payments
Netflix is added to your EE bill, so you only make one monthly payment.
If you add Netflix part way through a billing month, the period your payment covers may be different for your EE TV and Netflix services. This is because Netflix charges a full month in advance.
Netflix households and profiles
- You can use Netflix on devices within your household
- Sharing is allowed with people who live with you
- Extra member slots aren’t available on EE-billed accounts
- Existing profiles can’t be transferred into an EE Netflix account

If you see an error when signing up on your TV box, call 0330 123 4150 and we’ll send you a link to finish setting up.
Leaving EE
If you had Netflix before joining EE, Netflix will contact you about continuing your subscription.
If not, your Netflix will end when your EE TV service stops.
