NOW on EE TV

• NOW gives you access to a range of entertainment, sport, cinema and kids content.
• Depending on your EE TV package, a NOW Membership may be included in your plan or available as a monthly add-on.
• You can watch NOW on your EE TV box, where you can record and pause your favourite shows, as well as on smartphones, tablets or gaming consoles via the NOW app.

NOW is available via monthly membership. You can add options or remove your membership at any time by logging into the EE App or by contacting us by phone.

Once your membership is set up, you can watch NOW through:

• the TV Guide on your EE TV box
• the NOW app on your EE TV box
• the NOW app on compatible devices

There may be a short delay before your NOW Membership becomes available after you've added it.

Already have a NOW Membership?

If you already have a NOW Membership, use the same email address linked to your existing NOW account when adding NOW to EE TV.

This allows your existing membership to be linked to your EE TV account and helps avoid paying for the same membership twice.

You can watch live NOW channels through your EE TV box, or watch live and on-demand content through the NOW app.

You'll find the NOW app in the Players and Apps menu on your EE TV box.

You can also use the NOW app on compatible smartphones, tablets, laptops, Smart TVs, games consoles and other supported devices.

You can watch NOW channels through the TV Guide, including:

• Entertainment: channels 340 to 352 and 355 to 367
• Kids: channels 466 to 471 and 473 to 476
• Sports: channels 416 to 429 and 439 to 449
• Cinema: channels 501 to 511 and 515 to 525

On a recordable EE TV box, you can pause, rewind and record supported NOW channels.

You can install the NOW app on multiple devices, but you can only register it on six devices at the same time. Your EE TV box counts as one of these devices.

You can watch on two devices at the same time.

If you have NOW Boost or the HD add-on and subscribed before 31 July 2024, you can watch on three devices at the same time. Customers subscribing from 1 August 2024 can watch on two devices at the same time.

If you're watching a NOW channel on your EE TV box, you'll need to leave the channel before starting to watch through the NOW app. You can then return to watching NOW on your EE TV box.

If you're watching on two EE TV boxes, you can start them in any order.

Add or remove devices

If you've reached the maximum number of registered devices, you can remove devices using the EE App.

You can make up to three device changes a month.

Rename a device

If you have similar devices registered with NOW, you can rename them to make them easier to identify. You can manage your devices using the EE App.

Watch NOW on another EE TV box

If you have a second EE TV box, you can watch NOW through the TV Guide or the NOW app.

To change the email associated with your NOW Membership, you’ll need to contact NOW by visiting the My Account page or using NOW's echat service.

If you move home you’ll be able to continue watching NOW using the app on your devices. Once your broadband and EE TV is set-up, you’ll be able to watch NOW on your EE TV box.

Your NOW Membership will automatically renew each month. If you don’t want this, you cancel via the EE app EE App or by calling us. Any changes you make will take effect at the end of the 30-day period, so once you’ve cancelled an add-on you’ll be able to keep watching until then. No refunds will be given.

If you cancel your EE TV package, all the NOW shows that are included in your plan will finish on the day your EE TV contract ends. Any NOW passes you have will be available to watch until your next renewal date.

You can change your contact details using the EE app EE app.

You can use a Parental Control PIN on your EE TV box to restrict access to certain programmes and recordings.

NOW also has its own Parental PIN for content watched through the NOW app.
