Paramount+ on EE TV

This article covers how to get help signing up, signing in and using the Paramount+ app on EE TV.

If you are an EE TV customer who retained their legacy G4 or G5 Box, you are eligible to receive a free Box Pro, Mini or Apple as a replacement.

How to find the Paramount+ app on EE TV

You can find the Paramount+ app in the apps rail and apps page on your EE TV Box Pro or Mini Box. 

You can also find Paramount+ content in EE TV search.

If you are a premium plan subscriber, you will only get content at standard plan quality, without 4K, HDR10, Dolby Atmos, or Vision playback. All other Premium plan benefits are available to EE TV customers.

On 27 Oct 2025, when you log in to the Paramount + app, you will see this screen pop up, enabling you to manage your privacy preferences for that service.

Sign up to Paramount+

 

  1. Navigate to the Paramount+ app on your EE TV Box Pro or Mini Box.
  2. Open the Paramount+ app and select Get Paramount.
  3. Scan the QR code on the screen with a phone or tablet. Or visit paramountplus.com/tv on a web-accessing device.
  4. You will now be transferred to Paramount+. Follow the steps provided.
  5. Once you have completed the sign-up process, you will automatically be logged in to Paramount+ on your TV box. 

Sign in to your Paramount+ account

Once you have signed up to Paramount+, you will automatically be logged in on your TV Box. If you need to sign in again, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Paramount+ app on your EE TV Box Pro or Mini Box.
  2. Open the Paramount+ app.
  3. Type in your username and password. 
  4. Select log in.
