What should I do if I'm having trouble with my verification or accessing the offer?

If you’re struggling to verify your account or need help accessing the offer, then please email help@studentbeans.com. For UNiDAYS support, you can find answers in UNiDAYS site FAQs or raise a support ticket through the Support Centre for additional help. If the offer requires a discount code then it’s worth checking whether you are selecting an eligible plan, if it’s for new customers only or one per customers. If you’ve already used your code you won’t be able to use it again.
