You must have a Pay Monthly plan as your qualifying plan on which you are paying full price.  Discount applied to plan price only and is not compatible with any other discount.

Calling us: Our standard 150 opening hours are 8am - 8pm weekdays and 8am - 6pm on weekends. Calls outside that time (till 10pm weekdays and 8pm on weekends) cost 50p per call. Calls to 07953 966 250 are charged at standard network rates. If calling from another phone, check call charges with your provider. 

Data Gifting: Account holder only can gift between pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. Unlimited data plans can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance.  No gifting to/from Smart Watches, 4G Home, 5G Home or 30-day 4G WiFi or 5G WiFi plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over, allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month.  If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK/EU.  Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line. 

Multi-Line Discount: £12 off SIM only, Data SIM and airtime plans taken with a Flex Pay Plan (Device Financing) purchased from 29/08/24. £12 off Pay Monthly plans taken with a phone, tablet, laptop, or Mobile Broadband / Wi-Fi device with a minimum term of 12 months or more. You must have a Pay Monthly plan as your qualifying plan on which you are paying full price.  Discount applied to plan price only.  Not compatible with any other discount.  If you cancel your qualifying plan the discount will be removed, if you have more than one eligible plan the discount will be removed from the oldest plan on your account and become the qualifying plan. 

Stay Connected Data: If you have a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance your speed will be capped at 0.5Mbps.  You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account.  Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will return to the capped speed until your monthly plan allowance has renewed. Available to customers on a No Frills or Essentials plan.

EE: EE registration requires a valid email address and password. EE App connects to the internet whenever you use it. You will need mobile internet coverage or a WiFi connection. Downloading the app and any software updates for the app will use data. EE Mobile customers do not incur internet charges after downloading the app and when using the app within the UK.

Apple Music: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Only available to iOS users. Apple Music is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Requires a handset using either the latest iOS version or Android 5 or later. Apple ID required.  You must not attempt to share, edit, or adapt the content made available to you. Content is variable and may be withdrawn at any time. UK use only. Apple Music terms apply.
