The power is off or the lights have been turned off using the EE app.
Check the hub is plugged in, switched on and that its lights haven’t been turned off in the EE app.

If you can’t get online, it might be your device. Try switching it off and on.
Your hub is working but the ethernet cable isn’t connected.
Check if the broadband cable (grey ends) is plugged in correctly. If you’re using a filter, check that’s plugged in correctly too.

Wait for at least 3 minutes for it to turn blue. If it stays green, turn your hub off and on again. If the light still doesn’t turn blue, use a paper clip to press your hub’s factory reset button.
Your hub is working but isn’t connected to the internet.
Try restarting your hub or check your broadband line activation date. If it’s still not working, get in touch.

Give it at least three minutes to connect. The light will turn blue when your hub is ready.
If it’s flashing blue, it’s waiting for you to press the WPS button on your computer or device. If it’s flashing red, it didn’t connect – give it a couple of minutes and try again.

Give it at least 3 minutes to connect. The light will turn steady aqua when your hub is ready. Check your cables if it keeps flashing.
The hub is working but isn't connected to the internet.
Try restarting your hub, check your broadband line activation date or set-up and connect a Smart Hybrid Connect if you have one. If it's still not working, test your broadband insert link.
The hub is working and connected to the internet.
If you can't get online, it might be your device. Try switching it off and on.

When a Hybrid Connect device is in use and in resilience mode you'll see a white light.

When the WPS button is pressed, the light on your hub will flash blue. This means it's waiting for you to press the WPS button on your computer or device.

Connect a device to your hub using a cable or WiFi. Open a new web browser window and follow the on-screen help wizard to get connected.

If you can’t get online, there might be a problem with your computer, tablet or mobile device. Turn it off and then on and try again. If you’ve still got a problem, get some help from the manufacturer or supplier.
