If you’ve been sent a new router, plugging it into your WiFi Hotspot Kit will result in two different WiFi networks: the WiFi network from your new router and that of your WiFi Home Hotspot. To simplify things, you can change the WiFi details of your WiFi Home Hotspot to match those of your new router. There are two ways of doing this:

Once WPS is enabled:
The easiest way to know if you're connected to your router or to the extender is to compare the signal strength on your device with the extender switched on and off. If you ever want to make sure you’re connected to the strongest signal, turn WiFi off and back on.
Also be aware that when moving around the house, your devices may not always switch automatically between your router and your hotspot, so consider that when going from room to room.
