Add To Plan lets you purchase new accessories and spread the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next year. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees, no interest and you'll never pay more than the RRP of the product in our stores.

Am I eligible for Add To Plan?

To be eligible to add accessories to your plan, you'll need to be:

  1.  

    a new or existing customer signing up to a 24-month handset plan online, over the phone or in one of our retail stores

  2.  

    within the first 12 months of your handset plan

  3.  

    have no outstanding debt with EE (as credit checks will apply)

You can add up to three accessories to your plan when you’re purchasing a pay monthly phone online, or you can revisit and add more accessories to your plan in the first 12 months of your contract. Just give us a call on 150 from your EE phone, visit us in store or online.

How will I be charged for Add To Plan accessories?

How will I be charged for Add To Plan accessories?

You’ll see the charge for your accessories on the next bill you receive after adding the product to your plan. The monthly charge will appear on your bill as Add To Plan £x and will continue for 11 months before dropping off.

If you miss a payment we will add the outstanding amount to your bill in one go.

When will my Add To Plan accessories be delivered?

When will my Add To Plan accessories be delivered?

If you buy Add To Plan accessories online or over the phone, we'll tell you about delivery times at point of sale.

If you buy accessories at the same time as a handset, all items will be delivered at the same time. This should be within a few days. However, if a device is in a pre-order period when you order, your accessories won't be dispatched until your device is in stock.

Good to know

You can only have one Add To Plan accessory bundle on your account at a time.

You won’t be able to add any other data bundle to your account during the term of the bundle.

Can I return Add To Plan accessories?

If you bought your Add To Plan accessories in one of our stores, you’ll only be able to return your purchase and receive a full refund if:

  1.  

    you have insufficient coverage in your area

     

    If your area does not have sufficient coverage, you must return your accessory within 14 working days, which is explained in our standard retail returns policy

  2.  

    your accessory is faulty

     

    To return a faulty accessory you will need the serial number of the product so please keep its original packaging

If you bought your Add To Plan accessory online or over the phone, you may return your accessory in the first 14 days.
