If you’ve already registered a credit or debit card, you can top up by text.
Text the following details to 150 from your EE phone:

Yes. You can top up anyone's EE pay as you go or Flex plan phone.
You'll need their number and a debit or credit card.

You can top up by credit or debit card, top up someone else’s phone or redeem an E-voucher by phone. We'll accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro UK credit and debit cards, as well as international credit or debit cards, when you top up by phone.
We’ll ask you to set up a four-digit PIN code when you call for the first time. This will make topping up faster and more secure. To reset your PIN, simply call 150 from your EE phone and select the option to top up by card then follow the instructions.

You can easily change or cancel your recurring top-up:
We’ll keep taking your recurring top-up until you tell us to stop. EE only refunds unused credit in limited circumstances, see our Terms & Conditions.
If you don’t use your device for 90 days, we'll suspend your recurring top-up until you use your device again. If you don’t use your device at least once every 180 days, it will be disconnected: your number and any credit on your account will be stopped.

An E-voucher is a card or receipt printed with a unique 16-digit voucher number and is valid for EE accounts for six months. You can purchase them from EE stores and over 100,000 shops around the UK or anywhere you see the green top-up logo.

You can also check your remaining pay as you go credit at any time.
You can also register your bank card for direct card payments, so you won’t have to remember to top up and your pack will renew automatically. You will also get a 10% discount on your pack price.
