Set up card payments
You can pay with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. With card payments, a set amount is taken from your card and added to your credit each month. This credit can then be used to buy plans or add-ons.
It isn't a Direct Debit. You can change or cancel your payments at any time. We'll keep you up to date on upcoming payments and any additional actions you may need to take.
Set up card payments:
- Download or open the EE app or log in to the EE website.
- Select Set Up Direct Card Payments. You can also choose a plan here if you don't already have one.
- Choose an existing card or register a new one.
- Make your first payment and start using your device.
Vesta, our trusted payment partner, manages payments. On your bank or credit card statement, your payment will appear as Vesta EE Top Up, along with a free 0808 helpline number if you need it.

No charges for card payments
There are no charges for any type of card payment, and using card payments won’t cost more than buying plans or add-ons from your credit.
However, when you pay with a credit or debit card, you must have sufficient funds available. Your bank or credit card provider may charge you if you don't.
Getting a refund for a card payment
You have 14 days from the day you first use your card to tell us you don't want to pay for a plan or add-on using this method.
We'll then cancel any plans or add-ons you've asked for using your card. However, you'll still be required to pay for any services you used during your cooling-off period. If you change your mind about a plan or add-on you bought after the cooling-off period, give us a call on 150 from your EE mobile.
