Move your eSIM to another device
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
If you're staying with EE and have a device compatible with your eSIM, we recommend you move this to another device first. See move your eSIM to a compatible device.
If you're using an older device and are not able to move the eSIM, let us know and we'll send you a SIM card in the post.
If you're moving your eSIM back to an iPhone 13 or above, You can transfer the eSIM on your current phone onto your new one using Quick Start. You'll find this in Settings, Mobile Service, Add eSIM. For more help, check out our iPhone help pages.
If you're using another device compatible with eSIM you can order a replacement eSIM by logging in to EE and chosing to order a replacement eSIM.
