We're changing some of our plans

In this article

We started removing support for our 3G plans in September 2023 and will finish by the end of January 2024. If you remain on an unsupported plan you'll still be able to make and receive calls and texts but will lose access to mobile data. This means that WhatsApp, Facebook and other online services, will no longer work unless you are connected to WiFi. Customers on these unsupported plans will need to move to a new plan to continue using mobile data without WiFi.

When you move to a new plan you will receive a new SIM. It's important that you follow the instructions to insert and activate this SIM so you can access the internet without WiFi. If you need help with this process, please visit your local EE store or call 150 where a friendly EE Guide will be able to help you.

The Legal Bit

The monthly price of your plan, add-ons and all out of bundle charges will increase on or after 31st March every year by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published in January that year, plus 3.9%. See ee.co.uk/increase for details. Please note the cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you're an EE customer.
