When will I get my first EE phone bill?
You'll get your first phone bill in the post around seven days after you join EE. After that, you’ll be able to see your bills when you log in to EE.
Your first EE phone bill will cover:
- Your monthly plan charge: this is the standard monthly cost of your plan charged a month in advance of your joining date with EE
- Add-ons: for example, international minutes or picture messages
- Device charges: if there’s an upfront cost to pay or a delivery charge
Need to know
The date of your first phone bill will also be the date your plan's allowances renew each month.
