You'll get your first phone bill in the post around seven days after you join EE. After that, you’ll be able to see your bills when you log in to EE.

Your first EE phone bill will cover:
Your monthly plan charge: this is the standard monthly cost of your plan charged a month in advance of your joining date with EE
Add-ons: for example, international minutes or picture messages
Device charges: if there’s an upfront cost to pay or a delivery charge
The date of your first phone bill will also be the date your plan's allowances renew each month.
If you’ve set up a Direct Debit, we’ll take your payment automatically on the date shown on page one of your paper bill. Or you can make a payment online:
Open the EE app
Go to Manage - Bills & Payments
Scroll down the page and select Make a payment
We’ll text or email you when your bill’s ready to view in your EE account. Just open the EE app or log in at www.ee.co.uk to view your bill.
Also, you can print a paper bill via EE or choose to receive your bill in a different format.
