Pay online or in the EE app
You can make one-off payments by credit or debit card using the EE app or on the EE website. We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Visa Debit
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

- open the EE app
- select Manage
- choose your device
- select See your full mobile bill
- select Make a payment and follow the steps
Paying via the EE website
- Log in to EE online
- select Bills
- select Make a payment and follow the steps
Paying someone else's mobile bill
You can pay someone else’s mobile bill on the EE website without needing to login. You’ll need to have the EE Mobile number you want to make a payment for and your payment card to hand.
Pay by Direct Debit
A Direct Debit allows EE to take payment from your bank account every month. It’s convenient to ensure you pay on time without paying manually each time. Your Direct Debit will be taken on or after 8 days after your bill is available. We will let you know when your new bill is ready. You can see the date payment will be taken on the EE website or in the EE app.
You can set up a Direct Debit on the EE website. If you already have a Direct Debit and need to change it:

Pay by text
Text PAY to 150 from your EE mobile and follow our instructions.
You can pay with a credit or debit card registered to your account.
Your card will already be registered if you used it to make a payment to us over the phone or if you made a payment using the EE website or EE app and, when paying, ticked Save this card to my profile.
If you haven't registered a card yet, pay online or via the EE app using the card you want to register. When paying, tick Save this card to my profile.
Pay by bank transfer
Use the following details to pay at a bank, via your bank online, or by telephone.

Pay your mobile bill in an EE store
Take your bill to your nearest EE Store.
Pay your mobile bill by cheque
Send your cheque at least 5 days before your bill payment is due. It may take longer to reach us. Do not send cash.
- Make the cheque payable to EE
- Write your EE account number and mobile phone number on the back of the cheque
- Fill in the payment slip on the last page of your bill.
