How to claim the EE Switch Offer
Follow these steps to make sure your claim goes through smoothly:
Check your current contract
Make sure you’re allowed to leave your existing provider before you switch to EE.Order and activate EE Broadband
Once your EE Broadband is up and running, you’re ready to claim.Email your final bill
Send your paid final bill to switch-team@ee.co.uk within 2 months of your EE activation.The email's subject line must include your EE order number.
The attached bill must show:
- your name and address - this must match your EE account
- a breakdown of the early termination or one-off charges
Get your bill credit
We’ll apply the bill credit within 28 days of receiving and validating your bill. It covers early termination charges only. It doesn't cover call and excess data charges.

Offer terms
- Invitation only for new EE Broadband customers signing up to any EE Broadband or Broadband and TV package.
- We’ll credit your EE account with the value of your early termination charges or £300, whichever is lower.
- If you have multiple providers, submit both final bills together, or we'll only cover the first one.
- If your EE package is shorter than 24 months, the offer will be prorated.
- Covers termination charges for fixed‑line home broadband and home phone services only.
- If you take EE TV with home broadband, TV termination charges are included too.
- Other termination charges aren’t covered, including mobile broadband.
- There's no cash alternative.
- Prize winners are only eligible if competition terms allow EE Switch.
- Other conditions may apply.

When you're not eligible
- If you cancel EE Broadband within 14 days of activation
- If you don’t send your final bill within 2 months
- If you’ve won EE Broadband or TV in a competition, unless the competition terms say EE Switch applies
- If you're a BT Group employee
- If the termination charges are from BT, EE, Plusnet, or business broadband
