We've partnered with tech delivery company Enjoy to bring you the best free delivery experience with your new device.

Enjoy experts deliver, set up and activate your new smartphone from EE. Just book an appointment for your delivery when you place your order online or over the phone. If you're upgrading you could even get it the same day.

Simply choose a time slot, which could be available within two hours of ordering, between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 6pm on Sundays. Orders must be made by 12pm to qualify for same-day delivery.

All our experts are friendly, knowledgeable and love technology. They'll help you to set up your device the way you want it. Depending on what you ask for, this might include helping you to:

    set up email and voicemail, including password resets

    set up and sync your calendars 

  4.  

    connect to WiFi and Bluetooth

  5.  

    take pics like a pro, use video, FaceTime (for iPhone) and more

    help select your Smart Benefits from either the BT Sport app, EE Video Data Pass, EE Music Data Pass or Roam Abroad Pass

What’s the difference between standard delivery and expert set-up with superfast delivery?

We have two types of free delivery service when you order online: 

Standard delivery – your device is usually dispatched within 24 hours with courier DPD. You don’t need to arrange a delivery time to receive it.

Expert set-up with superfast delivery – your device is delivered by our delivery partner Enjoy, at the time and place you ask for. This could be to your home, workplace, local pub, or anywhere else that’s in one of our delivery areas. Your Enjoy expert will then help you set up your smartphone and answer any of your questions.

Yes. As the account holder you’ll need to be there in person and show valid photo ID (passport, UK driving licence, UK National ID card, Police/Military or UK Disability card). Photocopies or authenticated copies will not be accepted, we can only accept originals.

What should I expect from my appointment?

What should I expect from my appointment?

Your expert will call you before the appointment to introduce themselves and check in with you. They’ll remind you of anything you need to do (like have your valid photo ID ready and how to back up your old phone, so that you’re ready to set up your brand new one). When they arrive they’ll spend as much time as you need to help you get set up.

Yes, if you're an existing customer who is upgrading. Order before 12pm and you could get it the same day – even at weekends.

Any new or existing customer so long as your delivery address is within our superfast delivery area. If you’re a new customer, delivery and set-up will need to be at your billing address.

No, you can only get expert set-up with superfast delivery for phones bought from our online shop or direct from us over the phone.

Enjoy Delivery: Free delivery and set up by an Enjoy expert is available to customers taking out a pay monthly plan with a device. Delivery slots available between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sundays. Order before 12pm for same day delivery. Same day delivery only available for upgrading customers and is dependent on availability of stock, availability of Enjoy experts, Geographical restrictions, bank holidays and exceptional circumstances apply.

An Enjoy expert will deliver to a residential address only and help set up new device remotely over the phone. Only available for delivery within selected postcodes, see ee.co.uk/expert-set-up to determine eligible postcodes. If you’re a new customer connecting through telesales, delivery is only available to your EE account billing address. Only available with selected devices.

Account holder must be present. Photographic ID must be provided to confirm identity of customer. An Enjoy expert will contact you by telephone/text prior to your delivery slot. Further terms apply, see ee.co.uk/terms
